We are a private, non-profit personal care home that offers communal housing for up to twenty-four men living with developmental or intellectual disabilities as well as those with traumatic brain injuries. The men receive vocational training, meals, shelter, medication management, and financial management. They also have the opportunity to attend regular outings including worship services of their choice, dining out each Friday, and special events.
During the weekdays, our staff transports most of our residents to and from work. We also take them on weekly leisurely outings, necessary medical visits, community engagement activities, and Sunday worship services. Our staff prepares three meals and two snacks a day, we manage the cleanliness of their personal spaces and enjoy intentional recreational time with the men. We also make preparations to ensure our Special Olympic athletes are trained and attend their Special Olympic events.
